These are the last times. From now on, let us be ashamed; let us fear God's patience, lest it become a judgment against us. Let us either fear the wrath to come or love the grace now present—one of the two—only that we may be found in Christ Jesus for true life.

Let nothing apart from Him seem fitting to you. In Him I carry my chains, the spiritual pearls, in which may I be granted to rise through your prayer. May I always have a share in your prayer, so that I may be found in the lot of the Christians of Ephesus, who have always been in agreement with the apostles in the power of Jesus Christ.
