If, then, those who lived according to ancient practices came to a newness of hope, no longer observing the Sabbath but living according to the Lord's Day, on which our life also arose through Him and through His death—which some deny—through which mystery we received faith, and for this reason we endure, so that we may be found disciples of Jesus Christ, our only Teacher—

how will we be able to live without Him, whose disciples even the prophets were in the Spirit and whom they awaited as their Teacher? And for this reason, the One they rightly awaited, when He came, raised them from the dead.
